No Gas

There's an ongoing gas shortage in Accra.  While I love cooking on a gas stove, this is a problem when our canister runs empty.

So far, we've been without gas for a week.

We have a hot plate on which we can cook one pot at a time, and a toaster oven in which we can toast and bake.  Plus a microwave, in which we can... you know, radiate.

Clearly, it's not the same.  So the cooking blog'll be muchly limited until we get gas back.

It's a hazard of living in the developing world and trying to be a food blogger!
