Photo Post: Kürbiszopf and Schafsfrischkäse

That's "pumpkin challah and sheep-milk cream cheese" for Anglophones.

Here's a little photo post.  The bigger organic-food store a bit farther away has this gorgeous pumpkin-infused, seed-topped pumpkin loaf on offer for the season.

And on November 3, Cheese Berlin took over Markthalle 9, the Thursday space of my favorite hipster-trap street food market.  The Germans love all possible dairy products.  You've already seen goat cream cheese in an earlier blog entry.  Plus, I love cheese.  Match made in heaven.  At Cheese Berlin, along with a gorgeous cheddary blue cheese and a few other hard cheeses, I picked up this herb-heavy sheep cream cheese.  Spread it on a piece of pumpkin challah for a match made im Himmel.
